European Federation of Pharmaceutical Industries and Associations (EFPIA) Disclosure Code

The publication of this information is made for transparency purposes only, as further detailed in the Pfizer EEA HCP Privacy Policy at https://privacycenter.pfizer.com/en/lt/hcp (section "Disclosures of transfer of value”). It does not entail a general authorisation to those accessing the website to carry out any further processing of health care professionals' (HCP’s) data, such as combining it with the information published on other websites.
Here in Lithuania disclosure of payments made to HCPs and HCOs during 2019, will be available no later than the 30th of June, 2020 on the website www.pfizerdisclosure.lt
According to the Law on Pharmacy of the Republic of Lithuania and the legislation implementing this law (Order No V-1537 of the Minister of Health adopted on 23 of June 2020. On the approval of the description of the procedure for the submission of information on transfers of value to recipients of transfers of value, data of legal entities and personal data of health care and/or pharmaceutical specialists to the state medicines control agency under the ministry of health of the republic of Lithuania and publication of information on transfers of value and personal data of health care and/or pharmaceutical specialists) reports about Transfer of Values (ToVs) made to HCPs and HCOs during the year 2020 are submitted by the company to the State Medicines Control Agency and will be available on www.vvkt.lt. by 30 June, 2021.
